About the Course

About the Course

Stefan Camilleri built this 200-hour training around the Yoga Synergy method: an evidence-based approach to movement developed by physiotherapist Simon Borg-Olivier. You'll practise twice a day, teach from day one, and start asking questions most yoga training programmes don't even raise.

How does this movement affect the nervous system? What does 'correct alignment' actually mean for different bodies? How do you sequence a class that works for everyone?

  • A deep, functional understanding of movement, anatomy and physiology
  • The confidence and tools to teach — starting on day one
  • Lifelong mentorship in a growing global community
  • A Yoga Alliance-certified qualification you can actually use

More Than a Certification

More Than a Certification

A certificate may open doors. Confidence comes from practice. Throughout the training you'll teach, receive feedback, and develop your own authentic teaching voice. By graduation, you'll have the tools to step into a classroom feeling prepared rather than simply qualified.
