about the course
We (Aaron & Paige) know how powerful it is to step away from the demands of daily life and immerse yourself fully in the practice of Yoga.
Maybe you’ve felt the pull to explore Yoga beyond the surface—to understand its philosophy, energetics and deeper purpose. Maybe you’re ready to dedicate yourself completely, if only for a few weeks, to see what’s possible when you commit.
That’s exactly why we created Asana Sadhana Dharma—a 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training held in an environment designed for transformation.
This isn’t just a course for those who want to teach (although many do). It’s for students who are ready to step out of their everyday routine, live and breathe Yoga for three weeks, and come home with a stronger practice, deeper self-awareness and the tools to share Yoga with clarity and purpose.
Over 21 days, you’ll explore the traditional techniques of Hatha Yoga—asana, pranayama, mantra, mudra, meditation and kriya—alongside study in Yoga philosophy, subtle anatomy and self-inquiry. You’ll learn to build a personalised practice, sequence and share Yoga safely with others, and live in alignment with your unique dharma.
Our commitment is to hold you in a supportive, immersive container where you can focus fully on your growth—mentally, physically, energetically and spiritually.
This training isn’t about adding more to your life.
It’s about transforming how you live it.
what you’ll learn
This isn’t a course you fit around your schedule. This is a chance to step away from the noise of daily life and fully dedicate yourself to Yoga—for 21 days of focused practice, study and growth in one of the most inspiring environments in the world.

Intensive study and self-inquiry
Daily asana, pranayama and meditation practice

hear from past students experience…
The course was truly transformational. My biggest takeaway was how I can make Yoga personal, how I can integrate the teachings into my life to make life a more richer, meaningful experience. That’s what is special about the course, everything you learn if fascinating yes, but also completely relevant and adaptable for your own life.
This course exceeded my expectations. I didn’t expect to experience to the depths we did. Everything that was taught, was also felt. I also did not think I would learn and retain so much, but I think because it is so meaningful and we experience it, it makes an everlasting imprint on your brain. I see myself changing my routines. Including neti and tongue scraping, and meal times and all. I also see myself taking more time for meditation, mudra and pranayama, as before I would have just opted for asana. But also just the way I perceive things seeing everything with a bit more love and awe, but without attachment of course.
I would 100% recommend this course to people who are intrigued by yoga and have been practicing for a little while. Perhaps better to have atleast a little experience or background knowledge in Yoga. But for anyone really, looking to even just find more meaning in life.
